Oh, yes, the ‘big V’ day is coming. Honestly, to me it’s just an ordinary day and I kinda forget about it every year. :) But some people really seem to be into it. I think it’s funny when those silly young girls put statuses on Facebook about it even almost a month before the 14th February. So this one goes out to you. ;) Stop saying it’s stupid just because you’re single or you just broke up with your boyfriend. I totally understand you! ;) And let’s not be hypocritical here, shall we? Admit it, if you were in a relationship, this wouldn’t bother you so much. You’d be happy spending the day with your boyfriend and you’d probably buy him something too… And you wouldn’t spend time whining about “stupid gifts, hearts, couples holding hands, dates and flowers and candies and stuffed animals”. Believe me, most people agree they’re really corny and all, but hey, just please get over it already. :) And pleaaasseee, stop with the ‘forever-alone’ crap, cause you ain’t gonna be alone for the rest of your life. :) Maybe you’re alone right now, but I seriously doubt that, because you’ve got friends, so have fun with them, go out with them, and buy them those silly gifts for Valentine’s Day, if you feel like it. Because this holiday is supposed to celebrate love, so why not spend it with your loved ones? But on the other hand, I’m pretty sure there’s at least one guy out there who you kinda like, so why not have fun with him, if you want? Don’t be such a whiny bitch, get your ass up, and ask him out! What can you lose? ;) And if you don’t feel like doing anything like that, that’s okay, because like I said before, it’s just an ORDINARY DAY! :) Just chill in your house, get yourself a cup of hot tea, chat with your friends, watch some TV or read a book instead. Or maybe study all day and night because you have an important exam the next day, and no professor really cares about how you spent the night before. At least that’s what I’m gonna do. ;)
